Know Before You Go

1. Location.

All educational sessions and networking activities will be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center unless otherwise noted. Visit the conference website to research things to do in Miami, including restaurant and nightlife recommendations.

If you need to make a change to an existing reservation at a hotel in the block, please visit our website to update reservations.

Session rooms fill up fast so plan ahead. All session attendees must be seated during presentations. Standing in the back of a session room is prohibited by the 
Fire Marshal. In the event a “Session Full” sign is displayed no one will be permitted to enter the room.

Event Attire and Getting to the Convention Center
Dress for this conference is business casual. It is difficult to control the meeting room temperature to suit each individual's comfort level, and convention centers and meeting spaces are heavily air-conditioned so pack accordingly.

Whether traveling to the convention center on foot or by shuttle bus, please allow at least 20 minutes to get to your session room. If walking from your hotel, the closest entrance is on Washington Avenue at the intersection with 19th Street - look for the door decals. Shuttle schedules for the 1 Hotel, Cadillac, and Loews Miami Beach are available in the conference Mobile App. Please bring comfortable shoes and make sure you schedule your time wisely. Weather is difficult to predict in Florida so please plan to bring a rain jacket, umbrella and/or poncho.

2. Badge & Registration Information.

You may pick up your conference materials at the Payments 2024 Registration Desk in the Hall A Lobby within the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Registration opens at 10:30 AM on Monday, May 6.

Only full conference attendees have access to all educational sessions and events. Conference participants with green badge holders (Exhibit Hall Only) may not attend keynotes, concurrent sessions, the Spotlight Speaker series or the Wednesday Keynote Luncheon. Exhibit Hall Only participants may attend Topical Talks and the Wednesday Night Out reception. Want to upgrade your Exhibit Hall Only registration to full conference? Call us at 703-561-1100 before Friday, May 3, or stop by the Registration Desk in Miami beginning on Monday, May 6. The fee to upgrade is $1,155. 

Additionally current AAP and APRP professionals can file their continuing education credits on site at the Nacha Registration Desk in the Hall A Foyer at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Preview Your Badge

Be on the lookout for an email from info@globalregsolutions.com with your badge preview and scannable barcode. Whitelist this address in your email service to facilitate receipt. Bring this barcoded email, either in print or on your smartphone, to scan and be on your way. Didn’t get an email? Don’t worry – it's not required to get your badge.

Hold on to your badge! A $50 badge reprint fee will be assessed for any badge replacements on site (ID required).

3. Pick up a Conference Map.

Access Presentations
Presentation materials are available for download for 60 days after the conference via the Payments 2024 Mobile App. To download presentations from a specific session, locate and click on the detailed session description. Materials that Nacha does not have authorization to make available electronically are excluded.

The overall 15 Under 40 winner will be announced during the Keynote Luncheon on Wednesday. Meet the finalists on Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 6:30 PM in the George Throckmorton Innovation Center.

5. Explore and Meet in the Exhibit Hall.

More than 90 fintech companies will be in the Hall, May 7–8. Learn more about each exhibiting company and their offerings, plan your exhibit hall strategy and set up meetings with the exhibitors right in their booths.

6. Have Fun.

Enjoy a variety of networking events open to conference attendees. Badges are required for admittance to all conference events. If you plan to attend any networking events on Monday—including "Navigating Your Conference Journey" and invitation-only receptions—you MUST collect your badge prior to the event start time. Please note registration closes at 6:00 PM on Monday, May 6.

Photographs: Nacha will have professional photographs and videography taken at Payments and may reproduce them in Nacha educational, news, or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the Nacha website.
